Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal gets bail in liquor policy case

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appeared before the Rouse Avenue Court today in connection with the liquor policy case.

The court granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in two cases lodged by the probe agency for not appearing in the ED summons.

The Delhi Chief Minister has been granted bail on violation of Section 174 of the IPC. After this, Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer requested the court to let his client go and continue the arguments in this case.

The court allowed and Arvind Kejriwal left the court, but the hearing on this matter continued in the court. The next hearing in this case will now be on April 1, but now Arvind Kejriwal will not have to appear in person.
