Delhi liquor policy case: ED seeks 10-day remand for Kejriwal, hearing continue
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been taken to the Rouse Avenue court by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Kejriwal was arrested by the ED from his residence on Thursday in connection with the liquor policy case.
The ED team took Arvind Kejriwal from gate number one to Rouse Avenue Court. Abhishek Manu Singhvi appeared on behalf of Kejriwal in the court. Kejriwal’s case is being heard by Judge Kaveri Baweja.
Additional Solicitor Raju said during the hearing that Manish Sisodia also played a key role in the case. First Rs 10 crore and then Rs 15 crore cash was transferred through Buchi Babu.
