Kejriwal seeks urgent listing of plea in Supreme Court seeking extension of interim bail on medical grounds
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday sought urgent listing in the Supreme Court for extension of his interim bail by seven more days. He says that he has to undergo some medical tests so that his interim bail should be extended for another seven days.
A bench of Justices J K Maheshwari and K V Vishwanathan took note of the applications of senior advocate Abhishek Singhvi, appearing for the chief minister, and said a decision on the list of interim petitions can be taken by the “Hon’ble CJI” as the decision has been reserved in the main matter.
