“Let democracy work its way…” HC dismisses plea seeking removal of Arvind Kejriwal as CM
New Delhi: A petition was once again filed in the High Court to remove Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is on ED remand in the Delhi Liquor Policy case.
The High Court has once again dismissed this petition. During the hearing of the case, the High Court said that let democracy work in its own way. During the hearing, the court made it clear that no one can use democracy for personal agenda.
The court further said, “You have raised this issue earlier in other forums as well. The court has also made it clear that he is not going to give any direction to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on this issue.”
The court said that LG does not need any guidance from us. They are free to take decisions according to law.
