Two dead, two critical after family consumes poison in Narnaul

Narnaul: In a tragic incident, four members of a family, including two minor boys, allegedly consumed poison in Narnaul on Sunday evening. While two of them—Rupinder Kaur and her younger son, Sonu—died, the other two are battling for their lives in a hospital.

The family, residents of Mohalla Guru Nanakpura, was found unconscious in a car in the Ateli area. Upon receiving the information, a police team rushed to the scene and transported them to a hospital, where Rupinder Kaur and Sonu were declared brought dead.

The condition of Rupinder Kaur’s husband, Ashish, and elder son, Gagan, remains critical.

The reason behind the family’s extreme step is yet to be determined, and no case had been registered at the time of reporting. Police have initiated further investigation into the matter.
