Voting underway for 68 Assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh

Polling for all the 68 Assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh began at 8 am today in a single phase. There are over 55 lakh registered voters in the state and 412 candidates are in the fray for 68 seats. 

There are also 24 women candidates in the 2022 assembly elections. Of the total registered voters in Himachal Pradesh, 28,54,945 are males and 27,37,845 are females.
