Debt-ridden couple commits suicide by jumping before moving train with son in Ludhiana

Ludhiana: A small farmer’s family from Ghungrana village in Ludhiana district, along with their nine-year-old son, committed suicide by jumping in front of a train near Ahmadgarh Ludhiana last night, police said.

The deceased have been identified as Sukhpal Singh (35), his wife Sukhdeep Kaur (32) and son Baljot Singh (9).
