Farmers organisations suspend rail roko agitation at Shambhu station, to hold protests outside BJP leaders’ houses

Chandigarh: In a major relief to train passengers, farmer unions have suspended their rail roko agitation at Shambhu railway station and will now stage their sit-in in front of the houses of BJP leaders.

The farmers had been sitting on a dharna here for nearly 100 days. Organisations affiliated to the Samyukta Kisan Morcha will now stage dharnas outside the houses of BJP leaders.
