New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will arrive in Amritsar on Tuesday for the 31st meeting of the Northern Zonal Council. The meeting will be attended by chief ministers of member states as well as two senior ministers from each state, lieutenant governors/administrators of union territories. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is likely to ask Home Minister Amit Shah to make Chandigarh the capital of Punjab only.
