Amritpal Singh gets parole with conditions, can’t visit Punjab
New Delhi: Amritpal Singh, who won the Lok Sabha election from Khadoor Sahib in Punjab, will soon take oath as an MP. For this purpose, Amritpal has been granted parole for four days or less, starting from Friday (July 5).
During this time, he will neither be able to visit his house in Raiya, his Lok Sabha constituency, nor any place in Punjab. His parole has been granted with specific conditions.
Amritpal Singh’s bail has been approved based on certain conditions, effective from tomorrow, i.e., Friday. The information has been communicated to the Superintendent of Dibrugarh Jail in Assam, and through him, this information has been conveyed to Amritpal.
According to these conditions, he is restricted to Delhi. He cannot travel anywhere other than Delhi, and his overnight stay must also be in Delhi.
