CM Mann to close another toll plaza in Punjab today

Chandigarh: In a major relief to the common man, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday announced the closure of another toll plaza in the state. The toll plaza of Kiratpur Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib, Nangal, Una will be made free of cost.

Bhagwant Mann tweeted, “Will not tolerate the loot of people’s money. Today, Kiratpur Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib, Nangal, Una toll plaza will be made free of cost. With this, people will save Rs 10. 12 lakh for one day. The company’s application for extension of 582 days has been rejected. The company has violated the agreement several times. The rest of the details will be released soon.”
