ED arrests nephew of ex-Panchkula judge in money laundering case
Chandigarh: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested the nephew of a suspended judge of the Panchkula special court in connection with its money laundering probe in an alleged bribery case.
The agency searched the house of Ajay Parmar, nephew of former special court judge Sudhir Parmar, during which he was detained under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The arrest comes a day after two directors of Gurugram-based realty group M3M, Basant Bansal and Pankaj Bansal, were arrested on June 14.
