Former Dhuri MLA Dhanwant Singh passes away

Chandigarh: Former Dhuri MLA Dhanwant Singh passed away. His health had been deteriorating for the past few days. His last rites will be performed at his native village Manwala.

Dhanwant had once won assembly elections twice including as an independent and Congress candidate.
