High Court summons SSP Kapurthala
Punjab News: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the SSP of the district to appear before it on September 6 for not making any achievements by the police in the case of forcible occupation of Udasin Dharamshala at Mehli Gate locality here eight years ago and denial of justice to the victim’s side.
The victims, Mahant Varinder Das and Kamaljit Das, said that on July 25, 2015, around 100 people tried to take over their dera. Despite this, the case was kept pending by the police
