Labour Day: Government holiday in Punjab on Wednesday

Chandigarh: On the occasion of Labour Day, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, will be a government holiday in the state. Schools, colleges and other commercial units across the state will remain closed on this day.

The government has included it in the list of government holidays for the year 2024. A holiday has been declared by the government on the occasion of May Day.

Due to this, schools, colleges and other government institutions across Punjab will remain closed.
