Chandigarh News: The Punjab government has declared a public holiday on November 16. This holiday has been declared to commemorate the martyrdom day of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha. The Punjab government has issued a notification in this regard. Due to this, gazetted holiday has been declared in government offices, boards, corporations and government educational institutions of the state.
