Minister Ravneet Bittu condemns attack on Shiv Sena leader

Ludhiana: Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu has strongly condemned the murderous attack on Shiv Sena leader Sandeep Thapar in Ludhiana today.

He said that there is a reign of hooliganism in Punjab today and the law and order situation has deteriorated badly.
