Properties of two drug smugglers seized in Punjab

Chandigarh: In a major crackdown on drugs, the Punjab Police has attached properties of two drug peddlers here. According to the information, the properties of the drug smugglers of the local Guru Nanak Road and village Manki under the police station Samrala have been seized and notices have been pasted outside them.

SSP Amneet Kondal said that the properties of Sohan Singh of Pind Manki and Sukhpal Singh of Samrala, which falls under the limits of police station Samrala, have been seized today.

DSP Tarlochan Singh said that cases were registered against Sohan Singh of Manki on October 2, 2019 and against Sukhpal Singh on November 8, 2020 and March 8, 2021 in connection with drug smuggling at Police Station Machhiwara Sahib.
