Punjab Cabinet decides to regularise jobs of 7,902 teachers completed 10 years of service
Punjab News: A meeting of the Punjab Cabinet was held here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Later, addressing a press conference, Mann apprised him of the decisions taken during the meeting.
He said the cabinet has decided to regularise 7,902 teachers who have completed 10 years of service.
The government will recruit 1,880 doctors and nurses in the state. The government is also considering formulating a policy on stray cattle and rs 5 lakh will be given as compensation for deaths due to these.
Mann also announced a special session of the Assembly on June 19 and 20. During this session, the Punjab government will bring a resolution against the central government. The Chief Minister alleged that the Central government had withheld Punjab’s funds.
