Punjab women cops on Karvachauth

As most of of the women in the state are observing fast and celebrating Karva Chauth Festival with full fervour, the female police personnel of Punjab Police will be on duty as usual. 

With henna-covered hands, women cops will be balancing time between their professional and personal life on this day of festivities and they  will be on duty in chowks, markets, police station and other locations as per the duty even on Thursday. 

Sharing a special picture of a female cop on its official twitter handle, Punjab Police wrote, “To protect you we are here on duty for you.”
