Sex racket busted at Amritsar spa, Thailand women among 10 arrested

Amritsar: The police have busted sex racket in two spa centers in Amritsar. Police have busted an alleged prostitution racket inside two spa centres on Celebration Mall Batala Road and arrested 10 people, including the manager. These include three young women reportedly from Thailand.

Inspector Baljinder Singh of Rambagh police station said that information was received that a Peaceful Spa Center was running on the third floor inside Batala Road Celebration Mall. Kamaljit Singh, the owner and manager of the spa centre, is allegedly forcing the girls into prostitution.

Similarly, Nazim Hussain, owner of Spa and Wellness Spa Center, and Bhupendra Singh, manager of the spa center, both get women employees to do business in the name of spa center. They charge hefty amounts from boys who come to the spa center. Some part of it is given to the girls and the rest is kept by themselves, police said.
