Patiala: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) president Harjinder Singh Dhami today visited the Central Jail here to meet death row convict Balwant Singh Rajoana. The meeting began at around 10.30 am. Rajinder Mehta, Bhagwant Singh Sialka and Bibi Kamaldeep Kaur Rajoana were present on the occasion.
