Two Punjabi youths swept away in floods reached Pakistan
Punjab News: The water level of Ghaggar in Patiala, Punjab, has started rising once again. The water level of Ghaggar has gone above 748 feet, which had reached close to 744 feet for the last few days. This has once again raised concerns. The cracks in the ghaggar have not been filled yet.
In such a situation, many fields have been submerged in water again.
Two youths from Punjab’s Ludhiana were swept away in the Sutlej river and reached Pakistan. Both the youths have crossed the border by flowing from Ghazniwala village of Ferozepur. They are now in the custody of Pakistani Rangers and is in touch with BSF officials. At present, no BSF or Punjab official has confirmed this.
