Vishesh Sarangal became the 20th President of Surjit Hockey Society

Jalandhar News: Surjit Hockey Society, formed in memory of the former captain of the Indian hockey team, Olympian Surjit Singh Randhawa in 1984, Mr. Vishesh Sarangal, IAS. Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar has become its 20th President.

According to the General Secretary of Surjit Hockey Society, Surinder Singh Bhapa, in the meeting of the core committee of the society today, as per the constitution of Surjit Hockey Society, the Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar Mr. Vishesh Sarangal, IAS. has been made its 20th President. He further said that the society members will soon meet Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar and President, Surjit Hockey Society to apprise them of the activities of the society and the preparations for the 40th Indian Oil Surjit Hockey Tournament. In the meeting, Lakhwinderpal Singh Khaira, Ranbir Singh Tut, Iqbal Singh Sandhu, L.R. Nayar, Ramneek Singh Randhawa, Gurwinder Singh Gullu and Ram Partap were present.
