Punjab Police to visit Dibrugarh to interrogate Amritpal, send names of helpers to Centre 

Punjab E News: After the arrest of Pro-Khalistan supporter Amritpal, the Punjab government has started looking for his helpers. Sources have claimed that the people with whom Amritpal had taken shelter during the escape are being identified. Some people were also questioned on Monday in Rode village of Moga. A special team of Punjab Police will go to Dibrugarh to interrogate Amritpal in this regard.

    At the same time, the Punjab Police has sent a report of the case related to Amritpal to the Central Government, in which the names of the foreign helpers of the radical have been revealed. Amritpal evaded arrest for 36 days, a Punjab Police official said.        This means that somewhere he was getting help. Now the focus of the police is on these people. Some have been questioned. A search is on for some suspects. 
    Police sources said the conspiracy to create unrest in Punjab was hatched across the border. Pro-Khalistan supporters sitting in Germany, Europe and Australia helped Amritpal. Even after Amritpal’s escape, people sitting abroad continued to help him. 
     In the report sent to the Center, the names of Amritpal’s Anandpur Khalsa Force, information about funding accounts and owners of vehicles included in Amritpal’s convoy have been included.
