In a fit of rage, Man murders wife on Karva Chauth in Ludhiana
Ludhiana News: In Ludhiana, a man allegedly used sharp-edged weapons to kill his wife in the Gurdev Nagar area, according to the police’s statement today.
The incident stemmed from an argument between the couple. Accused is a retired district attorney officer, identified as Harcharan Singh. The deceased was identified as Manjit Kaur.
Neeraj Chaudhary, the in-charge of division number 5 police station, confirmed that the police have registered a case against Harcharan Singh based on a complaint filed by the deceased woman’s son.
The fatal dispute took place on the day of Karva Chauth, during which Harcharan Singh struck Manjit Kaur on the head with a sharp weapon in a fit of rage.
