Mother, daughter shot dead in Jalandhar
Jalandhar News: A mother-daughter duo was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne youths at Amar Nagar in Bhujbal village under Patra police station area, police said on Sunday.
Jalandhar Rural SSP Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar and his team had reached the spot for investigation. According to the information received, the attackers shot Jagtar’s wife and his daughter this morning. Both of them died on the spot in the incident. Jagtar alleged that the accused also tried to burn his wife’s body by setting it on fire before leaving.
He has also alleged that the attack was carried out by his US-based son-in-law.
