Delhi Social Welfare Minister Raj Kumar Anand resigns, quits AAP

New Delhi: Rajkumar Anand, a minister in the Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi and senior leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, has resigned from the post of minister and membership of the party.

Rajkumar Anand said that there is no respect for Dalit MLAs or councillors in the Aam Aadmi Party. Dalits are not given place in key positions.

“I am a person following the principles of Babasaheb Ambedkar and if I am not able to work for Dalits, then there is no point in being in the party,” he said.
