“Satyameva Jayate..”: Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani on SC verdict in Hindenburg case
After the clean chit given to the Adani Group in the Hindenburg case, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani has expressed happiness over the Supreme Court’s seal.
He wrote in a post on X, “The decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court shows that truth has prevailed, Satyameva Jayate… I am grateful to those who stood by us. Our humble contribution to India’s growth story will continue. Jai Hind…”
The Supreme Court, while giving a big decision regarding the Hindenburg case, said that there is no flaw in SEBI’s investigation. In such a situation, there is no justification for an SIT investigation in this matter. The Supreme Court said that SEBI’s investigation has been done under the rules. SEBI has so far investigated 22 allegations while two allegations are yet to be investigated. The CJI has said that the investigation of the remaining cases should be completed within three months.
