SC orders SBI to submit details by tomorrow evening in electoral bonds case, EC to publish by March 15

New Delhi: In the electoral bonds case, the Supreme Court has dismissed SBI’s petition and directed to give details by March 12. Also, the EC has been instructed to publish these details by March 15.

The court has asked the SBI CMD to file an affidavit by issuing details. The court refused to initiate contempt proceedings against SBI.

“We give notice to SBI that if SBI does not comply with the directions within the timelines mentioned in this order, this Court may be inclined to proceed against it for wilful disobedience,” the court observed.
