UP shocker: Two minors forced to drink urine, sexually assaulted over suspected theft
New Delhi: In a viral video, two minor boys were allegedly forced to drink urine and sexually assaulted over suspicion of theft in Uttar Pradesh’s Siddharthnagar district, police said on Sunday.
The victims are 10 and 15 years old. A video of this heart-wrenching incident has also surfaced. The boys are shown eating green chillies and drinking urine in a bottle.
A group of men can be heard misbehaving with them and threatening to beat them up if they do not do so.
The boys were allegedly caught by the goons and tied up, accusing them of stealing money. In another video, the boys can be seen lying face down on the ground, their hands tied behind their backs and trousers pulled down, while a man rubs and pours green chillies into their private parts. The boys who are screaming in pain are then injected with yellow liquid.
This video is being told from August 4. The video is from near Konkati intersection in Pathra Bazar police station area of the district.
The police said they immediately took cognizance of the video of the “objectionable act against two children” viral on social media and registered a case under relevant sections of the law. “Those involved in the attack have been identified and six of them have been detained,” police said.
