AAP’ candidate Sushil Rinku holds road show in his stronghold Jalandhar city, wife Sunita Rinku accompanies him

Jalandhar:  Sushil Kumar Rinku, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate for the Jalandhar Lok Sabha bypoll, on Saturday held a big road show in his stronghold Jalandhar city along with thousands of supporters and party workers. His wife Sunita Rinku also accompanied him during the roadshow.

Sushil Rinku started the road show by paying obeisance at the famous Shri Guru Ravidas Temple in Jalandhar. Starting from here, they covered Basti Guja, Evening College, Peer Jhandia Chowk, Avtar Nagar Road, Shehnai Palace, Bhagwan Balmiki Chowk, Ravidas Chowk, Model House, Bhargava Camp, Main Bazaar, Buddha Mall Ground, Lakkar Chowk, Nari Niketan and Dr. Ambedkar Chowk and ended it at Jyoti Chowk.

Sushil Kumar Rinku and Aam Aadmi Party’s show of strength was witnessed in the road show. Thousands of ‘AAP’ workers, supporters and common people walked with them. People participated enthusiastically and welcomed the AAP candidate with flowers and garlands and raised slogans in his support.

While addressing the people during the roadshow, Sushil Rinku said that I will be the voice of the common people of Jalandhar in the Parliament and bring central funds for the development of Jalandhar. He said that just as Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann raised the voice of the people of Sangrur in the Parliament, similarly I will raise your voice strongly in the Parliament.

He said that during the last one year, the Aam Aadmi Party government took many historic decisions and did many unprecedented works, which the previous governments could not do in 70 years. Appealing to the people to support him, he said that by voting for the Aam Aadmi Party, award the honest policies and works of the Bhagwant Mann government and encourage them so that together we can work for Jalandhar at the double speed.
