After CM Mann’s dig, Governor says, ‘will never use Punjab government’s helicopter again’
Chandigarh: Tussle between Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has intensified once again.
Reacting to a recent statement of CM Mann in Vidhan Sabha session, Governor Purohit lashed out at the Punjab government today.
“Our aim is to ensure that the government in the state runs properly but the state government is not cooperating in it,” he said.
He said that whatever allegations are being levelled against him by state CM Bhagwant Mann are not correct. “I cannot give them an equal reply. Such behaviour with the governor was not right. I can’t use that language. I cannot break the dignity of the Governor. “
Disgruntled over CM Mann’s statement on the use of government helicopters, Governor said that he would never use Punjab government helicopter again.
