Amritpal Singh issues video message after 12 days, says, I am in ‘Chardi Kalan’

Chandigarh: Amid reports of his surrender, Amritpal Singh, the head of the Waris Punjab De, issued a video message and said that he is perfectly fine and in good spirit.

Lashing out at Punjab government for arresting innocent youths, he urged the Akal Takht Jathedar to launch a movement against the government for their draconian action.
He said that he is not afraid of the arrest of any police action but there is now question of cruelty against innocent Sikhs by the government and an attempt is made to defame the Sikhs.
He also urged Sikh sangats to gather on Vaisakhi to raise voice against the government.
