Clashes between Nihangs in Kapurthala: 4 seriously injured, one referred to Amritsar
Kapurthala News: A clash broke out between two groups of Nihang Singhs at Gurdwara Sri Bavian Sahib on Amritsar Road in Punjab’s Kapurthala city this morning, in which they attacked each other with sharp-edged weapons.
According to preliminary information, 4 people have been injured in this clash. The injured have been admitted to the Civil Hospital in Kapurthala for treatment. One of the injured has been referred to Amritsar Medical College.
SP Harvinder Singh along with the police team reached the spot. The incident was caught on CCTV camera. It is being told that there was a dispute over management for a long time at Gurdwara Sri Bavian Sahib located on Amritsar Road in Kapurthala.
