Former Punjab minister Sunder Sham Arora gets regular bail from High Court

Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has given a big relief to former Punjab minister Sunder Sham Arora. The High Court has granted regular bail to former minister Sunder Sham Arora.

According to the information received, former minister Sunder Sham Arora was arrested on the charge of giving a bribe of Rs 50 lakh bribe, but now he has got a big relief from the High Court. An FIR was registered against Sunder Sham Arora on October 15 last year and he was arrested on the spot.
Sunder Sham Arora had earlier filed a bail application in the Mohali court in the case, which was rejected by the court. After which former minister Arora had filed this petition from the High Court seeking regular bail, which has been accepted.
