Parkash Purab of Guru Ramdas Ji: Golden Temple decked up with 20 tons flowers from across globe
Amritsar News: Today marks the Prakash Parb of Sri Guru Ramdas Ji, who founded the sacred city of Amritsar in our country. The Golden Temple is adorned with flowers and illuminated beautiful lights in celebration of Guru Ramdas Ji’s Prakash Purab.
Amritsar. At midnight, devotees began the Guru Purb by igniting fireworks at the Golden Temple.
Over two lakh devotees from around the world have gathered in Amritsar to commemorate Guru Ramdas Ji’s Prakash Purab. The Golden Temple is so crowded that there is hardly any room to step inside.
Two days ago, Bhai Iqbal Singh and his team arrived in Amritsar from Mumbai. They have embellished the Golden Temple with 20 tons of both indigenous and foreign flowers. Sri Akal Takht Sahib has been beautifully adorned, and peacocks made from flowers, Khanda Sahib, and an Omkar symbol have been intricately crafted.
