Amritsar News: Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh has asked the police to take strict action against the culprits involved in the sacrilege by keeping the holy books of Sikhs outside on the roof of the house in Morinda city, which is a gross violation of the ‘Sikh maryada’.
In a statement issued here, Giani Raghbir Singh said that though the police have registered a case against the accused under Section 295A, all the accused who committed the crime should be immediately lodged into jail by invoking other sections and conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
