Punjab CM releases Rs 48.91 crore for girls’ and boys’ hostels in Panjab University

Punjab News: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has released Rs 48.91 crore for the construction of a girls’ and boys’ hostel at Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Of this, Rs 23 crore has been released for girls’ hostels and Rs 25.91 crore for boys’ hostels.
       In a series of tweets, the Chief Minister said, “We have been working relentlessly for Panjab University, Chandigarh, having recently approved the construction of girls’ and boys’ hostels at the university and I myself had gone to the spot and conducted an inspection.” “Now I have released Rs 23 crore for girls’ hostels and Rs 25.91 crore for boys’ hostels. We will build a wonderful hostel at the university. Panjab University Chandigarh is our heritage, which we are committed to protecting,” the Chief Minister said.
