Punjab Government provides relief to people across the state through ‘Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Dwar’ initiative: Balkar Singh

Kartarpur: Punjab Local Bodies Minister Balkar Singh today said that the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has provided great relief to the people across the state by taking special initiatives like ‘Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Dwar’.

The Cabinet Minister reviewed the services being provided to the people in the special camps organized under ‘Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Dwar’ in villages including Muradpur, Bulle, Kartarpur city, Vishesharpur, and other villages falling in Kartarpur assembly constituency. He said that due to these camps, people are getting access to government services near their homes. 

The Minister further said that this public welfare initiative of the State Government is proving to be a milestone in providing civil services to the people and solving their problems. He invited people to avail maximum benefits from these camps.

The Minister mentioned that people can take various services in these camps including birth certificate, income certificate, scholarship, residence certificate, caste certificate, old age pension, payment of bills, verification of revenue department records, marriage registration, multiple copies of death certificate, Fard, General Caste Certificate, Shagun Scheme, Land Demarcation, Counter Signature of NRI Certificate, Counter Signature of Police Clearance Certificate, Change in Death Certificate, besides others.

Apart from this, solutions to people’s problems are also being ensured by officials of various government departments in these camps.

Meanwhile, the Minister also interacted with the people at the camps and handed over the documents to the applicants after approval from the concerned authorities.
