SGPC bans Anand Karaj during destination weddings
Amritsar News: The heads of five takhts gathered at Sri Akal Takht Sahib on Monday. This is going to be the first meeting under the chairmanship of Giani Raghbir Singh.
The SGPC has decided to ban ‘Parkash’ of Guru Granth Sahib at destination wedding and said that Anand Karaj will only be performed in the Gurdwaras.
Apart from this, the matter of marriage of 2 girls in Gurudwara Sahib was also discussed in the meeting.
