Jalandhar: Voting for the Jalandhar by-election is going on today. Polling to held from 8 am to 6 pm, while counting of votes will take place on May 13.

Adampur recorded 50.02% voter turnout and Jalandhar Central 45.3%
51.1% voter turnout recorded in Jalandhar North and 52% in Jalandhar West
Nakodar recorded 50.1 per cent polling, Phillaur 52 per cent and Shahkot 52.5 per cent.
Highest 52.8% voter turnout recorded in Kartarpur
Jalandhar Cantt recorded the lowest voter turnout of 44.2% till 5pm.
