Canada-based gangster Lakhbir declared terrorist by Indian government 

Lakhbir Singh Landa, the mastermind of the RPG attack on the police’s intelligence headquarters in Mohali, Punjab, has been declared a terrorist by the Government of India. He is also accused of attacking the police station in Tarn Taran. He is currently sitting in Canada and activities against India continue. He belongs to the banned terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa.
      Several cases have been registered against him by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Now the Home Ministry of the Government of India has declared him a terrorist. The Indian government will now try to extradite him from Canada and bring him to India.
