PM Modi to flag off Vande Bharat Express from Ayodhya, to run from Delhi to Amritsar; know timing 

The Vande Bharat Express between Delhi and Amritsar is going to start from December 30 i.e. today. Railways and Amritsar district administration have made all preparations. The coaches of this train are ready to be decorated like a bride. On the first day, all passengers in this train will get free travel to Delhi. The train will depart at 11.15 am on Saturday. On its return journey, the train will depart from Amritsar at 8.15 am and reach Delhi at 1.30 pm. 
       Common people will be able to travel in it from January 1, 2024. Preparations for the opening ceremony have been completed by late Friday night at Amritsar railway station. Washing line number five has been prepared for the Vande Bharat train. On its return journey, the train will reach Jalandhar Cantt at 9.26 am, Ludhiana at 10.16 am, Ambala at 11.34 am and Delhi at 1.30 pm. On its return journey, the train will leave Delhi at 3.15 pm and reach Amritsar at 8.35 pm. 
      The Shatabdi Express also runs up and down from Delhi daily. The train takes a total of six hours, while in Vande Bharat, the journey will be completed in five hours and 20 minutes. On the inaugural day i.e. Saturday, this train will run from Amritsar at 11:15 am and reach Beas at 11:42 am, Jalandhar Cantt at 12:14 pm, Phagwara at 12:26 pm, Ludhiana at 13:04 am, Ambala Cantt at 14:23 and Delhi at 17:20 am.
