PM Modi arrives in Ayodhya, holds roadshow before inaugurating railway station and airport

Ahead of the much-awaited inauguration ceremony of the Ram temple on January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Ayodhya today to inaugurate the new airport as well as the redeveloped railway station.
      Prime Minister Narendra Modi is holding a 15 km long road show in Ayodhya. During this time, the entire city is seen painted in the color of Ram. People have gathered on the streets to get a glimpse of the PM. 
       Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed by Governor Anandiben Patel and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by offering flowers, after which he left for the roadshow.
      The PM is expected to stay in Ayodhya for four hours. He will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 46 infrastructure projects worth Rs 15,700 crore. The city has been decorated with flowers to welcome him. Posters welcoming the PM have been put up in many places. Security arrangements are also tight.
