Toronto: A total of 7,528 study permit applications from India have been rejected by canadian authorities between January 2018 and May 2023, according to data from Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
This was done after finding evidence that these applications were fake. Till May 31 this year, 595 of the total applications of Indian students have been rejected.
