US President Joe Biden congratulates Ajay Banga on becoming President of World Bank
Washington: US President Joe Biden has congratulated Ajay Banga on becoming the next President of the World Bank. Biden also said that he will take the World Bank forward to reduce poverty and address the world’s challenges, including climate.
Earlier, US Vice President Kamala Harris had also congratulated India-born Ajay Banga on being elected as the President of the World Bank.
