Chandigarh: The Punjab government has transferred three senior IAS officers and assigned them new responsibilities in key departments.
Anurag Verma has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, along with the charge of Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Rehabilitation.
Jaspreet Talwar has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management Department. She will also hold additional charge of the Principal Secretary, Mining and Justice Department.
Arshdeep Singh Thind has been appointed Principal Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayats Department. He will additionally hold charge as Secretary, Planning Department, and Secretary, Horticulture Department.
