Apple launches new MacBook Pro and iMac, know the price and features

New Delhi: Apple recently unveiled its latest MacBook Pro and iMac laptops, featuring the new M3 chipset, at an event held at their headquarters in California. This launch marked the 25th anniversary of the iMac, a product initially introduced by Steve Jobs when he returned to Apple in the late 1990s. The original Mac, formerly known as the Macintosh, made its debut in early 1984.
     During this Apple event, the company introduced a new lineup of M3 chipsets, including the M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max. This chipset boasts a 50% performance boost over the M1 and a 30% improvement over the M2. Additionally, Apple introduced a new MacBook Pro laptop with the M3 chipset, claiming an impressive 22 hours of battery life. Notably, the M3 Max chipset in this laptop is a remarkable 11 times faster than Intel chips.
      In terms of pricing, the MacBook Pro is available in two variants: the 14-inch model at $1,599 and the 16-inch model at $1,999. Apple has also introduced a sleek Space Black color option with an aluminum finish for the MacBook Pro. While the laptop features magic keyboards, trackpads, and mice, it does not include a USB Type-C port.
Apple also unveiled a 24-inch iMac at the event, equipped with a 4.5K Retina display, 24GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. The iMac is priced at $1,299, with pre-orders starting today and deliveries scheduled for next week.
