New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today issued a notice to the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) in a defamation case against a banned documentary film on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The suit, filed by Gujarat-based NGO Justice on Trial, has claimed that the documentary film has tarnished the image of the country, judiciary and the prime minister.
Justice Sachin Dutta issued summons in the case and listed the matter for further hearing on September 15.
